SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Besma Press is a brand owned and operated by Orante Press. By purchasing a Besma Press subscription, you agree to the following subscription terms.

Monthly Subscription

Besma Press is a recurring monthly subscription. Each month, subscribers receive a thoughtfully prepared Christian publication paired with a hand-poured prayer candle created to accompany moments of prayer, Scripture, reflection, and stillness with God.

Each month introduces a new theme and publication. The signature candle fragrance remains consistent from month to month as part of the Besma Press experience.

Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew and your selected payment method will be charged each month unless your subscription is canceled before the next scheduled billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize Besma Press and its payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each recurring order.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be calculated according to your order and shipping destination.

Monthly Cutoff & Shipping

The subscription cutoff for each monthly offering is the last day of the month.

Subscriptions placed on or before the cutoff will receive the upcoming monthly offering. Subscriptions placed after the cutoff will begin with the following month's offering.

Monthly offerings are thoughtfully prepared and are scheduled to ship by the 3rd of each month. Shipping may occasionally be delayed due to extreme weather or other circumstances that could affect the safe delivery of the candle.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers are responsible for keeping their shipping address, billing information, and payment method current.

Subscription management options may be available through your customer account or subscription portal. If you need assistance with your subscription, please contact us at hello@orontepress.com.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled renewal.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, billed, prepared, or shipped.

There are no cancellation fees.

Skips & Changes

If subscription management features allow you to skip an upcoming offering or make other changes to your subscription, those changes must be completed before the applicable monthly order has been processed.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to that month's offering.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, we or our subscription/payment provider may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you to update your payment information.

An offering may not be prepared or shipped until successful payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our monthly subscription offering, subscription orders that have already been processed are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund simply because a subscriber no longer wishes to receive that month's offering.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us in accordance with our Refund Policy so we can review the matter and assist you.

Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

Besma Press may occasionally update subscription pricing, products, shipping charges, or these Subscription Terms. When required, subscribers will receive appropriate notice before material changes affecting future recurring charges take effect.
